Finalist in Property Industry Awards

Together with Hierarchy Group, we have achieved Finalist with two projects in this year's Property Council NZ Property Industry Awards.

Roxburgh Pool ‘Punawai Ora’ - is a community-driven pool with which is not only visually appealing, but embraces a smart and innovative design, emphasising practicality and sustainability. Roxburgh Pool has achieved Finalist in both the Sustainable Building and the Tourism and Leisure categories.

Flockhill Lower Lodge has also achieved Finalist in the Tourism an Leisure category. The Lower Lodge encompasses seven gable-roofed luxury villas and the homely yet grand Sugarloaf Restaurant. The Lower Lodge development offers a retreat from the elements while immersing guests in the dramatic landscape of the remote Craigieburn Valley.
