Dave is a vastly experienced Project Manager, Planner and Quantity Surveyor and leads the Christchurch Project Management and Planning teams. Throughout his career, Dave has developed a well-deserved reputation as a strategic planning specialist. He brings detailed knowledge of construction methodologies, planning and procurement based on his project management and planning work for both clients and contractors. Dave has been integral to the success of significant master plans and strategic programmes of work for some of New Zealand’s largest institutions, bringing a clear focus on the benefits of early project planning.

Andrew brings over 30 years of management experience in local and international markets, including New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Southern Africa and the United Kingdom. He has led and been a key contributor to the success of many complex projects in the fields of property and infrastructure development, construction, and business growth. Andrew provides strong leadership and strategic management skills, working with clients to align their project objectives, then assembling and directing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Michael has expert knowledge and management experience in land development, surveying, civil engineering, and resource management. He has been involved in projects varying in scale and complexity, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals in a leadership position where he strives to find solutions and add value for his clients. Michael brings a clear understanding of the regulatory planning framework and specialises in providing strategic project advice and assessing development feasibility.

Ryan is an experienced industry professional with a strong strategic focus. His methodical and coordinated approach brings order to complex programmes of work, delivering quality outcomes for our clients. He ensures client expectations are understood and there are clear and effective lines of communication throughout all project phases. Ryan brings over 20 years of management experience in the local market, providing strong leadership and strategic management skills, working with clients to align their project objectives, then assembling and directing teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Experienced in a diverse range of marketing and communications, with a solid background in project coordination, governance and events management, Pamela has worked in both B2B and B2C with markets in New Zealand, North America and Europe. Pamela’s role at Inovo spans our internal and external communications, strategic planning, digital channels, events, brand guardianship, sponsorship strategy, and she also champions our sustainability initiatives and actions.

Rob has over 40 years’ experience in the property development and construction industry in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Rob is the founding director of Inovo and has developed a talented team delivering specialist services across a range of disciplines. Rob specialises in the difficult process of setting up complex projects, particularly client briefs, establishing project feasibility, project planning and building the project team. Rob has an excellent track record in the delivery of projects as a project manager, as well has working in within larger teams providing specialist planning and programming services.

A previous Inovo Director and Senior Manager, Peter now works for Inovo in a consultant capacity. He has 30 years’ experience in land development and surveying and successfully established and grew Inovo’s Land Development consultancy from the start. Peter has worked with a diverse client range from Government, Local Government, Corporate and the Private Sector. He has significant expertise in all aspects of local and regional resource management issues, civil engineering and urban design. Peter utilises this broad knowledge and experience to assist clients in making strategic decisions that will achieve superior economic and social outcomes, guiding them through the planning, construction and marketing phases of projects to the production of certificates of title.

Hilary brings over 25 years of expertise in Operational and Strategic Human Resources Management. Her extensive background includes Employment Relations, Business Partnering, and People Development Consultancy. With a deep understanding of business dynamics and a strong service orientation, Hilary is dedicated to supporting and coaching our managers to lead their teams effectively and drive organisational success. Before joining Inovo, Hilary built a diverse career spanning private consultancy, education, transport and logistics, and most recently, the security sector. Hilary was drawn to Inovo's strong commitment to people development and the emphasis on fostering a supportive environment, which aligns with her values and strategic focus on empowering individuals for success.

A self-describe “growth enthusiast”, Mike Moens has two decades of experience across Big 4 advisory and fast-growing startups to deliver strategic financial leadership and drive business success. He’s passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights and finding creative ways to unlock growth. With a background that spans accounting, tax and corporate advisory at KPMG and scaling operations at startups like Travlr and BigDatr, Mike understands how to navigate complex challenges while keeping an eye on what matters most—growth and impact.
