The Opportunity:

• You will have the opportunity to lead and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lots
• Utilise the latest surveying technology and computer software
• Curate subdivision design and civil engineering design
• Ensure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
• Bring your surveying experience and original ideas to a respected, well-established company of resource management planning, civil engineering, surveying and project professionals.

About you:

• An experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Senior Surveyor
• Competent with Landonline and 12D software
• An excellent written and oral communicator
• Able to work independently and organise work programmes
• Proficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total Station
• Have an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislation
