ANZCO, one of New Zealand’s largest exporters, engaged Inovo as their client representative for the fit out of their new corporate offices in Christchurch.
Inovo’s role included significant liaison with the landowner and developer, Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL), to finalise the lease agreement with the procurement team on behalf of ANZCO.
The role also included
- ensuring the agreement requirements were met throughout each stage of the project
- coordinating with CIAL and their main contractor during the base build works
- coordination of the fit out design phases
- procurement of trades
- supervision of ANZCO-appointed subcontractors
- managing tenant changes
- coordinating requests from the CIAL project management team
- procurement of furniture and fittings
- management of the delivery of the fit out works.
