Inovo has been involved with this project since our client purchased the property and have provided advisory services to help deliver a comfortable living environment for the future residents which also ensured feasible engineering solutions.

Inovo undertook engineering design of wastewater, stormwater and water supply infrastructure, along with roading and flood modelling for the development.

By utilising underground stormwater storage and the latest 3d modelling software, Inovo was able to incorporate significant site restraints into the design process to produce an economical solution to stormwater mitigation.

We have been able to add value to the project with our strong knowledge of the land development process and practical, pragmatic approach to design and construction. Our advisory skills have been utilised in council negotiations and in providing advice to our clients and collaborators during the consenting process. Inovo’s knowledge of the construction and design management process of large-scale land development projects has ensured efficient execution of design and development phases of Harlow Lifestyle Neighbourhood.  

Inovo’s survey team undertook initial subdivision and survey work on the site along with future unit title subdivision and building setout work.

As we move into construction, we provide construction management, contract management and civil engineering services to ensure a resilient, well executed development for our clients, the residents and the wider community.
