Berryfields Subdivision

The Inovo team was engaged to deliver a comprehensive suite of services for the Berryfields subdivision, a 33 lot residential development located at 159–163 Gardiners Road, Christchurch.

This project involved the transformation of a large parcel of land into a high end vibrant residential community. Inovo successfully navigated the regional and local consenting processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and alignment with Council objectives.

Through precise surveying and innovative engineering design, Inovo established a development layout that maximised the potential of the site while meeting the local demand for quality residential lots. During construction, unforeseen obstacles were resolved with creative and practical design adaptations, balancing cost savings for the project with quality outcomes.
