Beachside Sumner

Beachside is a stunning new luxury apartment facility, beside the water at Sumner, Christchurch’s go-to recreational beach and coastal village. Beachside will feature 2- and 3-bedroom residences, premium penthouses, and amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, and ground-floor commercial spaces – over six buildings. It’s set to become a highly sought-after destination for future residents and a vibrant new addition to the Sumner waterfront.

Our Land Development Team have been involved with the Beachside development since October 2023, working on the remediation of the basement car park, enabling works for Building 1 and the Civil Engineering design across the development.

After the work of the Land Development team, the Inovo Project Management team was approached in July 2024 to provide Contract Administrator and Independent Certifier services under the new NZS 3910:2023 contract for the construction of Building 1. Inovo’s scope has since grown to provide tailored project management and financial management services.
